Long Listing of Eligible Candidates– Long listing of candidates based on the information submitted by the candidates on the portal.

 Skill Assessment Test – The eligible candidates shall be notified of a skill assessment test. The medium of the skill assessment test shall be English only. Skill assessment tests will be conducted through online/offline mode. The mode of skill assessment test will be conveyed to all eligible candidates separately by HPPA or its authorized agency.
Personal Interview – The candidates who are shortlisted through the skill assessment test shall be called for a personal interview with a panel which shall is constituted by HPPA for this purpose.
